  2. Employ Me First will not accept responsibility for the conduct/behaviour of any third party using your personal information obtained from Employ Me First.

Collecting Information

  1. Employ Me First collects personal information about you.
  2. This information is then held on our data base allowing you to take advantage of Employ Me First services. This collection of information happens when you register, upload your resume or post a job. Information provided may include but is not limited to full name, address, email address, educational level, employment information and contact information. At any time you can remove your file from” public viewing”.

Online Applications and Posting Resumes

  1. Application to a job advertisement and posting resumes is free. Job applicants are required to complete an application online and fill in mandatory fields so that an Employer/Advertiser can contact you.
  2. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and completing the application process, you are requesting and give the right for Employ Me First to store and pass on your information to an Employer/Advertiser.
  3. You agree to allow Employ Me First to gather your information for purposes of improving their site in the future.
  4. Employ Me First shall not be held responsible in any way for the outcome of an Employee/Employer connection and both parties agree that any connection is at their own risk.

Collecting Information on Employ Me First Visitors

  1. Employ Me First collects information on its visitors. This information may include and is not limited to, the number of “hits” daily on the site, the number of conversions of those” hits” to registration, the amount of days people “post” their resumes, the amount of days people “post” their adds, the amount of Job Seekers, the amount of Job postings.
    This information is intended to help Employ Me first improve its site and service.
